1. What is the validity of the coupons or gift vouchers?

The coupons or the gift vouchers are valid for the next 7 days of completing a survey that can be used on your next visit to McDonald’s. McDonald’s will change these rewards every month.

 

2. What official languages are used by McDvoice at the time of the survey?

The language is used by McDvoice is English and Spanish. There is no other option except this. You can choose as per your comfortability.

 

3. What if the McDvoice site is not working then what I do?

If the site is not working in that case you can clear the cookies from your browser. Sometimes some browser was not compatible with this so switch your browser. If after applying this solution somehow the site wasn’t working then call the helpline any. 1-800-244-6227.

 

4. How many times that I eligible for the survey?

Mcdvoice survey can be taken only 5 times in a month with different survey codes.

 

5. Where do I find the survey code?

The survey code can be shown in the bill receipt which you received from McDonald’s store. It is on the upper-middle side of the receipt.

 

6. What happened when I lost the bill receipt?

If you lost the bill receipt then you are not eligible for the survey and also not able to claim those rewards from McDonald’s. The bill receipt is a must for the McDvoice survey.

 

7. What will I win after completing the survey?

After completing the surveys you can claim the rewards by McDonald’s at their store which can be gift vouchers or free food. Sometimes McDonald’s choose some lucky customers for surprises.

 

8. Is this survey conducted through any offline method?
